We will always try to accommodate you first! If you are 15 minutes late to your scheduled service & we can't accommodate, you will be rescheduled. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee.
